Keep track of expenses with the cost estimator feature.  The software estimates the cost of your wedding based on the quotes you get from vendors and the number of guests who have accepted their invitations.  You can also test different 'versions' of your wedding simply by changing your preferred vendor in the vendor menu; the cost estimator is automatically updated.
